The COVID-19 pandemic is creating unprecedented development challenges in low- and middle-income countries. Together with the Global Partnership for Education (GPE), IDRC has awarded CA$11.1 million to four regional learning partners who will design and operate hubs for the Knowledge and Innovation Exchange (KIX).
