Artificial intelligence (AI) is poised to enhance productivity and innovation around the world.
As we increasingly conduct our lives online, our digital rights, particularly the rights to privacy and freedom of expression, are becoming more important. We need to understand how our data is used by companies and governments.
Networking technologies are increasingly at the heart of economic, social, and political activities.
Progress was made in efforts to develop an inclusive global agenda, increase open data capacities in government and civil society actors, and to create instruments that provide quantitative and qualitative references for the open data field.
