Pilot Project - National Development Research Program (Honduras)

The idea for a National Research and Training Program (PRIDE, in Spanish) emerged from the IDRC-supported project, "100133 Building Learning Systems for Honduran Development."

This grant will support a pilot version of PRIDE consisting of two calls for proposals. The first will focus on poverty and development issues related to water; the second on science, technology and innovation in the area of alternative energy. A series of events will be organized around the two calls for proposals in order to raise awareness of the program and the themes under consideration.
