Online Learning for Mobile Technology Applications in Health Surveys

In light of the increased use of personal digital assistants (PDIs) in data collection and management, HealthBridge Foundation of Canada (HealthBridge) is developing online training for mobile technology applications in health research. Earlier support to HealthBridge (104618) allowed the foundation to acquire PDA skills and equipment, and to train research partners in PDA utilization, in order to increase its overall effectiveness in conducting field surveys and analyzing data.

This grant will allow HealthBridge to develop a globally accessible asynchronous Internet-based training packaged backed by a real-time coaching service.
