Invited Researchers @ IGF
jovenes1.gif

IDRC has invited 7 young researchers from 6 different countries in Asia, Latin America and Africa as well as 4 young Canadians to participate in IGF2007. These youth will attend meetings on the five IGF themes: "access, diversity, openness, critical Internet resources and security"  and report on what is discussed in these meetings, sharing their region's and country's perspective on what is discussed.

Following the event, these researchers will prepare a paper on a thematic area of IGF, which also incorporates their regional or country perspective. These papers will be made available in early December on this site.

Meet the young participants!
