The primary objective of SBEDIF Business Centre is to stimulate the start-up and growth of small business in the City and Oblast of Ivano-Frankivsk, Ukraine.

The main objectives of this project is to create a sustainable structure of support systems for the start-up and growth of small business in the Ivano-Frankivsk Oblast, including the implementation of:

- Entrepreneurial training program
- Business English language training program
- Business centre/incubator
- Small business loan fund
- Economic Development
