IDRC has launched a call for submissions of joint concept notes for the establishment of research consortia under the Collaborative Adaptation Research Initiative in Africa and Asia (CARIAA). CARIAA is a seven-year research program jointly funded by the UK’s Department for International Development (DFID) and IDRC.
