IDRC’s Senior Management Committee comprises 19 of our most senior staff members, including the directors of our regional offices and main program areas. The committee:
- supports the President in directing the work of IDRC staff
- sets corporate objectives, policies, and programs
- fosters and communicates IDRC’s interests and values
- promotes a positive and cooperative work environment
